Type an amount in digits (commas and a ￥ prefix are accepted) and get the formal Chinese uppercase immediately, ready for invoices, contracts, receipts, and checks. The conversion follows financial rules: digits use 壹贰叁肆伍陆柒捌玖 with places 拾佰仟万亿; consecutive zeros collapse into one 零 and trailing zeros are dropped; 整 is appended when the amount ends at a whole yuan or jiao; when the jiao digit is zero but the fen digit is not, a 零 is inserted, so ¥100.01 becomes 壹佰元零壹分.
