Letters, numbers, and dashes only. You can submit without saving it.

Saved keys and notes are written only to this browser. GoTools does not store keys, notes, or URLs on the server.

3Configure submission

The key file normally lives at the site root as {key}.txt with the same key as its content. Enter a URL only when the file is elsewhere.

4Review request

Check the request payload and URL count on the right before submitting.

SEO Best Practice: Sitemap to IndexNow Bulk Submission

When you publish a batch of pages, migrate content, or update many articles, extract URLs from your sitemap first, then paste them here for a clean and transparent IndexNow notification workflow.

1. Extract URLs

Open the Sitemap URL Extractor, enter a sitemap.xml URL or paste XML, and extract the pages you want search engines to revisit.

2. Clean the list

Remove pages that should not be indexed, such as filter pages, test pages, duplicates, or legacy protocol URLs. Keep one host per submission.

3. Paste and submit

Copy the cleaned URLs, paste one per line here, confirm the key file is reachable, then submit. 200/202 means the request was received.

SEO Scenarios for IndexNow Bulk Submission

IndexNow is a change notification, not a ranking guarantee. Confirm pages are accessible, canonicalized correctly, and free of noindex before submitting URLs.

New page launch

Submit article, product, or landing-page URLs right after launch so search engines can discover new content sooner.

Bulk content updates

After updating titles, copy, prices, inventory, or structured data, submit changed URLs instead of waiting for natural recrawls.

Deletes and migrations

After deletes, 301 migrations, or directory restructures, submit affected URLs to help search engines understand site changes faster.

IndexNow Bulk Submitter Help, Examples, and FAQ

Use the IndexNow submitter after publishing, updating, moving, or deleting indexable pages to notify participating search engines about changed URLs. The tool validates same-host URLs, previews the payload, and forwards it to IndexNow or Bing. A 200 or 202 response confirms receipt, not crawling, indexing, or ranking.

How to use it

Paste one changed URL per line, select or enter a valid key, add keyLocation only when the key file is not at the site root, choose an endpoint, and review the complete request before submitting. Separate different hosts into different requests.

Worked example

Input
URLs: https://example.com/new, https://example.com/updated
Key: example-key-2026
Output
Example response: HTTP 202 · 2 URLs received · key validation pending

Useful scenarios

  • After publishing a new article, submit its URL so search engines can discover the new page sooner.
  • After a batch product, pricing, or inventory update, paste one same-domain URL per line and submit them to IndexNow and Bing.
  • When the key file is scoped to a subdirectory, provide keyLocation and submit URLs covered by that path.

Supported behavior and limits

  • Supports 1–10,000 HTTP or HTTPS URLs per request; every URL and optional keyLocation must use the same host.
  • Keys must contain 8–128 letters, numbers, or dashes. Endpoints are IndexNow API or Bing IndexNow.
  • The outbound request timeout is 15 seconds. Response codes and endpoint messages are shown without claiming indexation.

Privacy and data handling

URLs, key, optional keyLocation, and endpoint are sent to a GoTools server and forwarded to the selected search endpoint. Saved keys and notes remain in browser storage.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does success mean the page is indexed? No. A 200 response only means the search engine received the request.
  • Why do I get 403? The key file may be missing, unreachable, or may not contain the submitted key.
  • When should I auto submit URLs? Use it after publishing new pages, important content updates, deletes, URL migrations, or sitemap refreshes.
  • Can I mix domains? Split them into separate submissions. Batch IndexNow requests are host-scoped.
